Our weekday pack walks are kept to a maximum of four client dogs per group.
Dogs are matched by temperament, age and energy level to keep walks calm and balanced. We focus on real countryside walks around the Cotswolds - space to move, sniff and engage with the environment without feeling overcrowded.
Collection and drop off are available across Cheltenham (please call us to discuss exact catchment area).
Intimate, structured and wild pack walks
Pick up’s and drop off’s are provided for all walks at a time that is prearranged. Each van is provided with secure crates, clean/fresh/cosy/bedding/towels, a dog friendly power washer, access to fresh water, fans/heating/aircon and canine first aid kits.
All of our vans are checked and approved by Cheltenham Borough Council in conjunction with our 5★ licence.
Water is checked before and after every walk.
To keep walks calm and harmonious, dogs must already be comfortable around other dogs and people. Pack walks are not designed for early-stage socialisation.
If you have a nervous dog or one not used to pack walks we can work with you to find a solution to smoothly integrate them.
A trial walk may be recommended to ensure your dog settles comfortably within a group Each countryside location is chosen based on the group, weather and ground conditions.
Muddy paws are part of countryside life. All dogs are sprayed down & towel dried to remove the worst of the mud before heading home. We cannot promise immaculate coats on return during the winter, but we can promise a happy dog!
We’ll ask you to complete a short questionnaire so we understand your dog’s routine, preferences and personality.
Walks are supervised at all times and dogs are never left unattended.

All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations, including Kennel Cough, as well as worming and flea treatment. Female dogs cannot attend walks while in season.

Day care takes place at our family home in Charlton Kings - it is not a commercial kennel environment.
We have a dedicated purpose built day care facility backing onto Timbercombe Hill.
We call it The Dog House. It includes real living spaces, a purpose-built dog room, secure outdoor areas and a purpose-built dog playground designed for safe, structured play. Our dog house is fully heated and covered by 24 hour CCTV to keep dogs safe and comfortable all year round.
Each day balances structured wild walks, enrichment, outdoor time and proper rest, so dogs don’t leave wired or overstimulated, but settled and ready to switch off at home. There is always a member of the team onsite, ensuring steady supervision and consistent routines throughout.
This is day care designed to provide a balanced environment for your dog to play, engage and relax in.
Every day is different at the Dog House depending on ‘how’ many dogs we have and ‘who’ we have.
We follow a steady daily rhythm. Wild walks, enrichment and social time are balanced with meaningful rest in our fully heated dog house.
Typical day looks something like:
(Refreshments offered throughout the day)
A trained team member is always onsite to manage dogs - they are never unattended. 24 hour CCTV is in use throughout the premises for security.
Our care is adapted to each dog’s personality and energy level while maintaining a predictable structure that helps them feel secure.
We are open for day care between 7.30am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday for full or half days.
Due to activities, downtime & feeding routines pre-agreed drop off and pickup times must be prompt.
Drop off’s and pick up’s take place at The Dog House, with alternative arrangements available by request.
Our sleepovers follow the same calm, structured rhythm as day care.
Dogs stay as part of our household rather than in kennels or commercial facilities.
They experience familiar routines, comfortable spaces and consistent supervision, helping them settle quickly and relax during their stay, so you can travel knowing they’re comfortable, secure and following a familiar rhythm.
Boarding takes place at our home in Charlton Kings and meets 5★ council licensing standards.
Home-from-home sleepovers
In line with council regulations, all dogs complete an initial trial night before boarding. This ensures they are comfortable in our environment and routines.
It gives us the opportunity to monitor your dogs behavioural patterns within our nighttime environment. It is as important for the comfort of the dog as it is for us to determine whether future boarding will be suitable.
Due to our unique licence boarding dogs benefit from our wild walking & day care club so they truly have 24 hour care when staying with us. We follow a steady structure, relaxed evenings and overnight supervision.
Food must be provided for your dogs with any special dietary or medication requirements noted. All dogs are fed separately so that they can enjoy their food at their own pace.
Care is shaped around each dog’s individual needs and personality. We take detailed notes about how your dog sleeps at home and try to replicate this as well as we can within our set up. Blankets are welcome (for your home smell and familiarity). However, we cannot guarantee that they won’t be damaged by other dogs.
We strongly advise against bringing your dog’s own bed or furnishings to avoid damage/tears from other boarders. We have our own bedding, beds and blankets that we can use.
Sleepovers take place within our family home. Dogs sleep in comfortable, home-style spaces and are cared for as part of the household.
Drop off and and pick up’s are arranged in advance to keep routines calm and predictable.
Boarding is available throughout the year. Please note that we only board dogs that regularly walk or use day care with us. This ensures that everyone is familiar with each other, are already comfortable with our set up and know what to expect.
We are open for drop off’s and pick up’s between 7.30am and 6.00pm. Please make sure you are prompt so as not to disturb the in-house dog routines, activities, walks, feeding and downtime. A non-refundable deposit secures your booking and covers meet-and-greet time and scheduling.
Puppy and home visits are ideal for younger dogs, older dogs or those who feel most settled in familiar surroundings. Each visit is calm, structured and shaped around your dog’s routine, providing reassurance and company while you’re out.
Visits can also support confidence before transitioning into pack walks or day care.
Gentle, attentive care at home
Visits may include toileting breaks, feeding, water refresh, gentle play and attentive companionship.
For puppies, visits can provide a gradual introduction to walking and social interaction at a pace that suits them.
